Oak Glen High School
Oak Glen High School is a consolidated public high school serving the northern half of Hancock County, West Virginia. It is located in New Cumberland, West Virginia and is thus the northernmost high school in the state. The current principal is Barbara Louge, who attended West Virginia University for her degree in education.
The school has 481 students by the count of the WVSSAC placing it in class "AA". The mascot is the "Golden Bear" and the school colors are Columbia Blue, White and Gold.

Musician Daniel Johnston is a 1979 graduate of Oak Glen. Johnston was the subject of the 2006 documentary ''The Devil and Daniel Johnston'' and has performed on the live music television show ''Austin City Limits''. His songs have been recorded by artists such as Tom Waits, Beck, TV on the Radio, Jad Fair, Eels, Bright Eyes, Calvin Johnson, Death Cab for Cutie, Sparklehorse, Mercury Rev, The Flaming Lips, and Karen O.Total Nonstop Action and independent wrestler Zema Ion also known as,"DJZ", and "Shiima Xion" attended Oak Glen as well
